主诊组长期致力于肺癌的精准诊治与综合管理。重点方向包括：①肺癌脑及脑膜转移的综合诊疗；②肺癌分子靶向治疗与免疫治疗的个体化方案制定与全程管理；③新型靶向药物与免疫治疗药物的临床试验入组与实施；④小细胞肺癌的系统性综合治疗；⑤肺结节的精准评估与肺癌的早期诊断和早期干预。
团队擅长通过多学科协作（MDT）制定个体化治疗策略，整合影像、病理、基因检测及临床信息，实现精准诊断与动态疗效评估。依托丰富的临床试验资源和规范化管理体系，主诊组积极探索新药物、新疗法在中国人群中的最佳应用，为患者提供国际前沿、科学规范、安全高效的治疗方案。
